#OperationGriffin2017

After all the planning, my first wedding is officially completed.

I received so many compliments on the wedding and how we (my assistant and I) were able to execute it flawlessly.

There were many lessons learned through this experience and I have so much respect for all wedding planners. It's a big task to take on with a lot of responsibilities on your shoulder to execute an event while making sure everyone is happy.

At the end of the day, I was happy to hear that both the bride and groom were grateful for all the work that I was able to do for their big day. It truly means a lot to hear this especially because we all put so much work into this day.

Cortney & Amir- I know things will happen but always remember your union is blessed by our one and only God who will continue to grant you both peace. I'm so happy for you both and I can only pray that my future husband looks at me the same way Amir was looking at you when you came down the aisle. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Griffin!

A few tips for next time:

1. Time is important-stay on schedule!

2. Handle it in the beginning: Sometimes you may just need security

3. Never let anyone see you stressed. Clearly, that was working all around. I kept having people come up to me stating "you are so calm and do your job so well" oh why thank you!

Today's Assertion: You spoke it, you wrote it and YOU DID IT!
