  • Where are you located and do you take events outside of your current location?
    I’m located in Greensboro, NC but I do take events outside of Greensboro, NC for additional fees that pertain to travel and hotel accommodations.
  • Why do you need an event planner?
    Event planners provide a seamless execution for your best days of celebration with less stress. We know what to expect and save time, energy, and ensure you are within your budget. I will assist you the logistics, venue selection, staffing, design, and more
  • Is there a fee for consultations?
    Yes, our consultation fee is $25 and this fee will be deducted from your total cost.
  • Do you have a preferred vendor list?
    Yes, we have a preferred vendor list for both locations of the Triad (NC) and New Jersey.
  • How many weddings do you take a year?
    Currently, we hold only 2 weddings per year.
  • Are deposits refundable? What is your refund and cancellation policy?
    Deposits are non-refundable. If the event is canceled, no portion of the fees paid to Consultant will be returned. If the event is canceled less than 6 months before the date, 2nd payment will be required to compensate for hours of service already rendered and loss of event date. If the event is postponed, services contracted can be applied to a new date if available (refer to Postponement Policy).
  • How far in advance do you need to book?
    At least 6 months prior for special events and 1 year in advance for weddings.
  • Are additional fees charged for any last minute changes?
    Yes, we do charge for any last minute change of of $50 per hour
  • Do you attend all events?
    Yes, if scheduled within the package a coordinator will be there to assist with all day of activities/services. If not, additional fees will be applied.
  • How do you handle overtime that may be needed for an event?
    Additional unplanned and/or un-contracted services (such as, but not limited to, full redo of design, day of event extension of time, services outside of scope of agreement, management of non wedding day activities, etc) are considered overtime and will be billed with prior notification and consent at the rate of $100 per hour
