Tri-State to the Triad
Born and raised in New Jersey, a true Jersey Girl who went south to attend and graduated from the illustrious North Carolina A&T State University. My career first started in the entertainment industry with both special events and journalism (ie: writer). After many events, I noticed that my personal touch was missing. I was working with BET Networks helping with the execution of many of our favorite events like the BET Awards Show. However, I still needed to put my own spin to things and create more lifestyle events for many people just like you and me!
I started JNicole Events on April 30th of 2017 in New Jersey, it’s just something about that 30–Ooo-Oop ;) Hello my beautiful sorors of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated!
Many events in New Jersey brought in a new look for JNE of being unique and of its own which helped with the transition to moving back down south with my husband and daughter to Greensboro, NC. AGGIE PRIDE!! I continue to get excited for what’s to come while planning with a twist. I am not only a Lifestyle Event Planner but a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, MBA Graduate and MS Warrior.

Waiting For You-EP Launch Party
Client Highlight
This private and exclusive listening party was held in Atlanta, Georgia for the EP release of “Waiting For You”. At the event, Jamia Tucker performed several songs from the album for the first time, including “Waiting For You” and “Arms of Another Man”. She also provided her inspiration behind the songs and acknowledgments from the many individuals that made this event and album possible.
Overall, Jamia’s album release and private listening party was highly successful in generating buzz within the city and allowing nominations/performances in the Trailblazer awards and Deborah Cox’s Challenge.
