Flexibility Ain't the Word

We are 3 weeks away from the big day so when the bride calls, you come running. I received a text from the bride yesterday requesting to go over a few today. Although I had two meetings for tonight, I was able to push things back for this meeting.

I was able to go over a few more logistics with her like the line up for the wedding party, placeholders, check-in, guest boo and emails/numbers of the wedding party. She was also able t. o show what her idea for the centerpieces while we brainstormed how to keep it cost efficient and still pop. It was a long night but we were able to get things accomplished.

These next three weeks are imperative. We have a few meetings set up with the vendors and each other just to make sure that we are all on the same page. I want to make this day very special for both the bride and groom but of course we all know-it's all about the bride on wedding day
