Multi-Tasking: A Whole Different Animal

Multi-tasking is the name of the game. Have you ever tried to figure out how you were going to get everything done in just one day? Well, today was that day for me.

I was working, traveling to North Carolina, scheduling appointments and planning event logistics for two upcoming events...

There is levels to get the work done while still working full time. You have to understand that many tasks can be done together, if you stay organized and prioritize your needs. Most of the event logistics and current work was done during travel and after landing.

Think smarter not harder.

After getting to my destination, I was able to complete a few meetings, book a wedding singer and scheduled all appointments for these next two weeks. It's pressure but I'm at ease because everything is done.

As I'm writing, one of my favorite movies is back on Netflix. It's important to not just work but have things that you like surrounding you for motivation. All of a sudden, I hear, " No matter how hard it gets, we haven't finished yet. There's so much of life of ahead, we got so much to do. No matter how we try, we just can't goodbye. Don't leave me with regrets because we haven't finished yet"-The Five Heartbeats.

Life will get hard, we all know that but it is up to us to take it as a lesson learned or a lesson forgotten. I know which scenario I'm taking, do you?

Today's Assertion: It may get hard. It may get rough but all I know is that I'm not finished yet.
